Managed Care Contracts at Stanford Hospital & Clinics

Doctors at Menlo Medical Clinic are contracted (through Stanford Hospital and Clinics) with most major Health Maintenance Organizations (HMO) and most major Preferred Provider Organizations (PPO) for physician and clinic services. They participate in the government program such as Medicare.  Menlo Medical Clinic is not a provider of Medi-Cal.

These lists are subject to change and may be different for the hospital and the doctors. You are advised to always check under your individual health plan, insurance or network to confirm whether Stanford Hospital and your doctor are part of your individual health plan network. Only Cigna HMO members may choose Menlo Medical Clinic physicians as their Primary Care Physician (PCP).

***All other HMO members (see contracted HMO list below) will need to obtain a referral from their PCP/Medical Group in order to see our specialty doctors at Menlo Medical Clinic.
