Nutrition and Wellness Program

Menlo Medical Clinic announces a 12-Week Wellness Program.

This program allows you to achieve and maintain your ideal weight, start a fitness program and establish healthy habits for life.

Diane Hester, a Registered Dietitian with over 20 years experience in the field of nutrition and health promotion will provide an individualized nutrition and health assessment. In the initial 1 hour visit, Diane will determine your nutrition and exercise needs and will establish a plan to follow for the 12 weeks. You will meet weekly for 30 minutes to chart your progress along with providing nutrition education and strategies to achieve your goals.

  • Meal Planning and Shopping Tips
  • Nutrition for Sports and Mental Performance
  • Traveling and Eating out Strategies
  • Emotional Eating
  • Portion Control
  • Diet and Exercise Tips
  • Weight Maintenance

You will receive individual attention with a curriculum designed for your optimal health. The weekly meetings will provide strong support and a commitment to reaching your goals. After 12 weeks, we hope to establish new habits that will eventually become part of a lifetime routine. Additional tools will be provided to lead an active and healthy life.
